Payments
Online payments are not enabled right now. If we add them later, this notice will be updated to explain the processor and data handled.
Data access & deletion
Request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@bladejohnson.com. We will respond promptly.
Retention
Project and billing records are retained for accounting. Inquiry data is kept while we discuss your project, then archived securely.
Third parties
We use trusted vendors such as Netlify (hosting/forms). Each provider has its own compliance and security policies.
